  1. Navigate to the “Formulas” tab and select the “Name Manager” icon within the “Defined Names” group. Alternatively, press and hold the “Ctrl” key, then press “F3.”
  2. This action opens the “Name Manager” dialog box, displaying a list of named ranges under the “Name” tab and their corresponding locations (sheet names) along with the cell ranges allocated to them under the “Refer To” tab.
  3. Double-click on any named range to either edit its details or navigate to its associated cells.
  4. To modify the name of a named range, access the “Name” field, replace the existing name with the new one, and confirm by pressing “OK.”
