When you print a document in Word, comments or markup are usually printed as well, as shown in the screenshots below. Is there a way to print without comments or markup in Word?
Print without all markup and comments
If you want to print without all markup and comments, you can unselect an option.
How to Print a Document Without Comments or Markup in Word
Click on File > Print > Print All Pages in the Settings section, then uncheck Print Markup.
Print with comments hidden
If you only want to hide comments while printing, simply uncheck the Comments dropdown in the Review tab.
Click on Review > Show Markup > Comments to hide comments.
Now you can print your document without comments.
Note: After printing the document, you may need to display all comments using similar steps if required.
