How to view all endnotes from a Word document?

If you have a lengthy Word document containing multiple endnotes and the endnotes are distributed across different pages, you may want to view all the endnotes at once without scrolling through each page. How can you accomplish this in a Word document?

In a Word document, you can view all the endnotes at once by changing the file format to Draft view. Here’s how you can do it:

Open the Word document you want to view all endnotes in, then click on View > Draft, as shown in the screenshot:

Then, continue to click on References > Show Notes, as shown in the screenshot:

Now, all the endnotes throughout this entire document will be displayed at the bottom pane as shown in the screenshot below:

Note: If you have both endnotes and footnotes in your document, when you click the Show Notes option, the Show Notes dialog box will pop up, please select the View Endnote Area option, as shown in the screenshot.
